SPEAKER: Ginny Weir, MPH

Ginny Weir is the Program Director of the Dr. Robert Bree Collaborative (Bree) and serves as the CEO for its administrative host, the Foundation for Health Care Quality (FHCQ). The Foundation is a non-profit organization in the Pacific Northwest dedicated to providing a trusted, independent third-party resource to all participants in the health care community – patients, providers, payers, employers, government agencies, and public health.

Significant variation exists in the quality, type, outcomes and cost of care across all clinical aspects and across providers within clinical specialties. The Dr. Robert Bree Collaborative (Bree) was established in 2011 by the Washington State Legislature “…to provide a mechanism through which public and private health care stakeholders can work together to improve quality, health outcomes, and cost effectiveness of care in Washington State.”

Join us as we hear from Ms. Weir regarding the Bree's work in transforming healthcare delivery in Washington State through varied collaborative opportunities! For more information on the Bree, check out www.breecollaborative.org. To find out more about FHCQ's programs, check out www.qualityhealth.org.
