Oregon Association for Healthcare Quality

Active membership is open to all individuals involved in the assurance of quality healthcare and who are committed to the mission and purpose of the Oregon Association for Healthcare Quality. 

Annual membership is $50.00, based on a calendar year beginning January 1st.  Memberships are nontransferable.

Only members are privileged to vote, to hold office, to attend Board meetings, or to serve on a team.
