A great year with OrAHQ is drawing to a close and we look forward to a successful 2012. Excerpts from our Annual Report have been sent to our OrAHQ members.

Responsibilities include:
1. Meetings:
a. Conference Calls 1 x month
b. 2 Face-to-Face meeting a year
2. Serves as an assistant to the President,
a. In the absence of the President, performs those duties.
3. Coordinates the nominations for officersMany Rewards include:
1. Free Registration to NAHQ National Educational Conference
a. In Tampa FL - September 20-23, 2012
2. May be eligible for additional travel expenses
3. Mentoring in Board Activities

OrAHQ 2011 Goals
1. Increase Communication within OrAHQ
o Further Develop website
o Host 2 meetings during year
2. Increase Board to 8
3. Increase membership to 60.
o Recognize new CPHQ's with a welcome letter and 1 year free membership.
o Offer new members a 1 year free membership if they recruit two new members.
o Increase CPHQ membership to 75%.
4. Increase Opportunities for continued Education
o Continue to explore conference opportunities with other state organizations.
o Offer CPHQ review and update session.
o Obtain sponsors for conferences
